All web hosting have file upload/download options FPX [Front Page Extensions] or FTP access, Ask for the Username/Password for your root folder and use this to download all your files [Usually in a folder bearing the website name].
This is what you need to transfer, once this is done, ask your DNS Registrar to cut-over your DNS A records, the registrar may also be your hosting provider.
